Click & Collect
We provide a free Click & Collect service for all of our orders. We will notify you within 48 hours of your purchase that your order is ready for collection.
Some deliveries and Click and Collect orders may take longer than usual due to the high demand we are currently experiencing.
Collecting your order
Click & Collect orders need to be signed for at the store or location nominated upon checkout for pick-up. Simply show us the email copy on your phone as a proof of purchase together with your photo identification. If you authorised another person to collect your parcel, they will need to present photo identification in order to sign for and collect the parcel together with the proof of purchase. Once the parcel has been signed for, you or the person collecting are responsible for any damage or loss of items
Delivery
Free delivery for orders over $49!
We offer free standard delivery Australia-wide for orders over $49. For order less than $49, a shipping fee of $10 will be applied.
Express delivery option is also available with the flat rate of $15.
International shipping is not available.
Receiving your order
Due to the Covid-19 situation there have been temporary changes made to delivery service. All regional areas will be delivered using the standard Authorised to Leave process. However, if a safe place for the parcel is not available, our delivery agent will leave a card and take the parcel to a nearby Post Office for your to pick up and sign for.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered on weekdays by Australia Post, Aramex or Couriers Please. Orders are typically delivered within 3 - 7 business days, subject to availability. Rural and remote areas may take longer. This delivery time frame is subject to changes in circumstances.

Tracking number will be provided once your orders are dispatched. Please visit the couriers' website for parcel status.
